Saturday (Per Diem)

The role of a babysitting staff position is part time, whose main responsibility is to ensure the safety and care of members' children, while their parents/guardians are exercising at the facility. Must love kids and be current with Infant/Child CPR and Infant/Child First Aid certifications. No experience required. Must have a willingness and desire to be part of a team environment. Duties include but are not limited to:

-Filling out daily attendance sheets and turning them in at the end of each shift

-Reporting to the parents/guardians at the end of the child's visit on what activities they participated in and any issues that may have occurred

-Organizing and maintaining the babysitting room

-Creating a safe, fun, loving environment for ages 12 weeks to 9 years

-Communicating to the membership, all upcoming events, membership specials and new classes when needed

-Committing to checking work email a minimum of once a day

-Reports to Fitness Director
