Summary: (Summarize primary purpose of job function.) Position is the clinical support liaison for the electronic medical record with
focus on staff training, follow up and auditing to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Reports To: Coordinator, Applications

Titles Supervised: none

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Attend EMR related meetings for information.

2. Schedule and provide training and information to staff related to EMR.

3. Follow up to ensure staff are aware of any changes to system and using effectively.

4. Conduct audits to review data input and accuracy.

5. Attend monthly Leadership Meetings and be prepared to report on EMR system progress and training.

6. Participate in Journey activities.

7. Attend trainings and meetings as assigned.

8. Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Nursing degree

Experience: 3-5 years in relevant position
Licensure: Nursing


Ability to handle multiple demands and deadlines; Ability to read and communicate; Ability to effectively train, follow up and audit to ensure accuracy of system and staff.
